This charming fishing village Porto Petro located on the south east coast of mallorca along a large protected natural bay. Although the village has only approx. 500 inhabitants, one finds a number of very good restaurants, food stores, souvenir shops, etc. Ugly hotel castles one seeks in vain for. The marina is well developed. Porto Petro borders on the famous nature park Mondrago. The Cala Mondrago is one of the most beautiful in Mallorca. Porto Petro is a wonderful place, away from the major tourist hub and yet in the immediate vicinity of Santanyi.

The town Santanyi is the center point in the southeast of Mallorca. The large church projects over the place and can already be seen from a distance. Directly next to it is the Plaza. A wonderful marketplace with lots of coffee shops, Tapas bars, fashion shops and food stores. Twice a week the largest weekly market in the region takes place here. Santanyi with its many small alleys full of galleries, antique shops and boutiques is worth a visit all year, not only in the season. Kindergarten, all school types and sports facilities including an indoor swimming pool are on site. There are many sand bays in the region around Santanyi, also the nature park Mondrago, the golf course Val Dor, marinas, in short, everything the heart desires. Here you can enjoy your Mallorca-Property year round, whether it`s a finca, a Villa, or an apartment. That´s an absolute rarity on the island!
