Description

Building land in a beautiful hillside overlooking the San Salvador (Felanitx), only a few minutes from the village of Cas Concos with shops, restaurants and bars away. On the plot of ca. 28300m², with mature trees, a construction project of more than 400m² living space was approved. The beaches of the region , Porto Colom, Cala d'Or and the golf course Vall d'Or are not fare away, ca. 15 min. to drive. The village with its very good restaurants are the meeting point of engl. and german residents of this region.
